Pros

I liked the immediate staff I worked with on a daily basis. The work load allowed for a wonderful work life balance.

Cons

The leadership is a high school bully crowd/clique. They have no desire to support growth and development. They are very stuck in "this is how we have always done it". They pay poorly and their benefits are a joke. Their paid time off policy is very over rated, if you do the math they are well behind any national average and certainly don't offer anything above and beyond.

Pros

I genuinely value being part of an organization where leadership is both respected and approachable. The leadership team sets a strong example through integrity, professionalism, and clear direction, which creates a positive and motivating work environment. What stands out most to me is how closely my personal core values align with the company’s core values. That alignment makes my work feel meaningful and reinforces a strong sense of purpose in what I do every day. It’s rare to find a company where that connection feels so natural. The culture here truly feels like a family, from the CEO to the seasonal interns, everyone feels like family and is treated equal. There is consistent support across all levels of the organization, and collaboration is encouraged in every avenue. Whether it’s day to day responsibilities or long-term career growth, I feel supported and empowered to succeed. The company actively invests in its people, and that commitment makes a significant difference in both professional development and overall job satisfaction.

Cons

pay increases should be performance based and not guaranteed annually.

Pros

As an Intern I didn’t qualify, but for their full time employees they had good benefits.

Cons

Very very busy in the summer and slows done in the winter.
