Compensation is significantly below industry standards. The company tends to hire people with limited options and they create an exploitative environment. I once attempted to discuss better working conditions but I was literally ridiculed... there is also a pervasive “bro” culture with the top management. I’ve also observed questionable ethics in the way they do business. If you need a job as a temporary solution and go with this company, I strongly recommend exploring other opportunities as soon as possible
