STS Aviation was great to work with but they were but a very small portion of the interaction I had working for them. They are an employment agency. I never had a problem with STS Aviation. I worked through STS Aviation for Harley-Davidson in York Pennsylvania doing weld inspection. Very good pay Very clean, professional, top technology facility Supplies provided when needed

As for dealing with STS Aviation. They were great. They are an employment company so I had very few dealings with them. I can mainly state regarding the company I was working for through them. Turmoil with Harley-Davidson Union employees and engineers. I was told when I started by one of the Union employees Harley-Davidson likes to hire weld inspectors and bully and harass them then get rid of them. He was correct. Had alot of problems with bullying and harassment from a few engineers and the Union. I loved the job but not alot of the people I had to work with or around including one of the employees at the cafeteria who was a female bully. She liked to run down men. One engineer verbally attacked me for imaginary reasons in his own mind. I reported him. Nothing was done. He's severely mentally ill. The engineer who hired me turned on me soon afyer I started not speaking to me unless he had to. A few times very angrily talking to me unnecessarily. He quit. Another engineer I had to deal with did not like me either. It was like childrens elementary school bullying. Because of this I'd rather never work there again unfortunately.
