* management will never think from the employee prospect most of the times. * Team leads are supportive not team managers. * Totally We cannot be independent here. * If we need to complain on some managers, that would be a total waste of time and impact us only. * each 1-1 sessions and conversations that employee had will be mentioned in an email and send it to the employee with CC leads and managers. So not worth 1-1 sessions. * Gross salary is more. Take home will be very less including Cab deduction. No allowances other than shift allowance. * Management is ready to send any employees out and hire new ones. #a good company only to gain the technical knowledge. # no team meets with the managers/management. It happens only when something goes wrong. #It will be a best company when they increase treating the employees as their asset.
