      Pros

      Access to Grant Cardone University. No cap on comissions. Positivity. Great relationship in between some brokers.

      Cons

      No work-life balance at all. You gotta work from 4:00 am to 7:00 pm instead of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. No base salary, $0. Unprofessional behavior from staff, supervisors are focused on selling rather than investing in developing their people. Takes a while to get actual money, there's brokers who have around 10 months in the company and barely make $800 and at the next month they might do $50, yikes.

      No cap on commissions Access to Grant Cardone Sales Training University Company invests in agents development

      Cons

      Commission only based job. Management not always available. They always ask for people to be available at all times but they (management) are not available themselves at all times. Toxic positivity environment. They rehire people who have dragged the company’s name through the mud just because they are good sellers. They tolerate bad behavior and bad practices on employees if they hit their quota.
