      Pros

      Acquired by Assystem France in July 21. Fixed timing 9hours.

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture. Very High attrition rate. People are over pressured to deliver. More than 90% employees resigned in last 1 year. Even new joiners Don't stay for longer. No growth, no increments. Management issues. New Management keeps yelling on juniors. Think before you join.

      Good company to work with for starting your carer. It's located at District Centre which is accessible from most parts of Delhi.

      Cons

      Company needs to grow to cope up with the multinational companies which keeps attracting the manpower developed by STUP Consultants.
