Don't treat employees as commodities . Hire knowledgeable senior who has prior experience in handling team, knowing how to source through social network and being successfully, also let the team members to grow in their career. My question is are we getting extra income for that ? why should we take so much burden getting clients, making team reach target and making sure annual target is achieved.
