Pros
The team is very enthusiastic, and thrive to improve. They put high emphasis on the company values. Their part time (Project Associate) opportunities are great for students to get some preliminary experience, exposure to the industry, all while getting paid. Additionally, office hours are very flexible, and as such, can benefit students a lot.
Cons
Most of the Project Associate tasks are based on data entry. As such, you cannot expect high salary / rate for your part time job. While the team is very energetic, there is a clear separation between the full time and part time employees.
