      - Clueless management - ELT not aligned amongst themselves - B-grade CEO from Red Hat, who's now bringing in C-grade management from Red Hat! - Irrelevant in the marketplace - SUSE now has a reputation in the market for rescinding offers; be VERY careful if they make you an offer
