Pros
Svea Solar is working to improve the environment. It's a flexible workplace and the co-workers are kind and try to help eachother to achive our goals, which is to end the use of fossil-fuel! Summarize: Great colleagues, work culture and I get to work with a company that are improving the world.
Cons
Because we are in a hypergrowth phase, there are some growing pains, like all things isn't there in terms of organisational structure. Compared to where I have worked before, the benifits could improve a little bit but as I said, we still have some growing pains that I'm sure we will fix.
