Unlimited PTO depends on the project load. 401 k matching is great for a small company, but it could be higher. To be fair, they are constantly working to make it better.

If you aspire to do a bit of everything for the sake of gaining experience, this might do the trick. If you are experienced and seek a more senior level role with a fair compensation / benefits package (plus career pathing + development opportunities), keep looking.

An unlimited PTO is touted, but all that does is force you to get an unreasonable workload done early, or risk missing deadlines upon returning—no one else has the bandwidth to cover, because they're already drowning. –Inherent pattern of overpromising to clients at the expense of employee bandwidth and morale (unrealistic cycle of expectations and work standards) –Consistent disorganization and unpreparedness by leadership –Poor work culture: leadership models unfeasible work habits, no sincere effort to conduct regular team builders. –No resources. Company needs a talented headcount to grow, but cannot afford it. No VC funding. –Financial outlook might appear positive, but it is not stable.
