Here is a company that challenges you to be better. We work in a small company atmosphere, both in the office and remotely, and there is always a push for open communication from the bottom to the top. The owner has a work hard, play hard mentality with a strong focus on balancing your work and home life. I honestly don’t know where I would be if it were not for the kindness of my supervisors and coworkers. Shen Wei is an amazing place to work!

Not really a con, but I would like to have more cross communications between departments, so we can continue develop an understanding for other departments challenges.

Company believes strongly in growing the people that work here. Those who show they aren't afraid to be accountable grow with the company and the company helps them to grow. Those who chose to sit back and let others carry the weight for them find themselves on the outside looking in. The company snacks, and company events to promote team bonding and camaraderie.

Company needs people that are willing to work hard and take on responsibility. This seems to be a hard trait for many people.
