      Tight knit professional group - always able to collaborate with collator support patient care. Resources abound to learn, continuing edu opportunities, and resources/edu to patients/caregivers also. Lots of research opportunities and new ways to treat different diagnoses.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanaging. Limited Charting time Super busy sometimes chaotic clinic Schedule changes on the fly if necessary by upper management

      The management genuinely cares. Amazing people and patients!

      There are not a lot of cons working here. There can often be angry patients but management is good about handling conflict
