Completely single-focused, blinders on President/CEO - Systems Engineer SWAT Systems Employee Review

Get it done type mentality. Very mature business for a mid-size business; the sale process and engineers all work well together!

Tech requires an always learning mindset. Not an easy thing to get excited about.

So much potential. People have fun. Sometimes drinks at the office. Most are smart people.

Leadership is corrupt and manipulative. Just read the "stuffed" reviews! The CTO is in with the owner/CEO. And we all think the owner wrote the most recent review for coverups. Just look at the CTO and what's probably the owner talking about even the cons are great?! Everyone is watching and listening for distrust and backstabbers. The work isn't fun and feel bad for some users on the other end. Its all about $$ for a few. It's not right and people are afraid to talk about it with anyone above. Everyone knows and there are a few great managers and people. Don't get me wrong about most of the engineers but is so messed up to have to hide this review because it's such a small office. A few employees thought this needed to be posted. We will see if it is helpful!
