Pros
There are some decent technical staff but the transport planning, modelling and appraisal part of the business has lost its way.
Cons
The company has lost its way. Constant restructure, questionable decisions and a hopeless leadership team who are unpopular, disconnected and out of touch with the business. Becoming very bureaucratic and not easy to work there. The transportation division under the current leadership is imploding, avoid.
