The senior leadership team are utterly incompetent. Round after round of redundancies yet still idiots doing nothing are on the payroll! The top man continually blames the staff for the problems - moral is now at rock bottom. Staff turnover is low as we are all holding out for redundancy! The really successful sections of the business have been penalised due to failures in other sectors.
