      Sword has a good company culture overall, and fairly low turnover results in a good team environment. International presence allows exposure to interesting work areas and coworkers.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Looser management structure makes it slightly difficult to see long term growth and opportunities.

      Good pay and benefits 401k - 4% match Good PTO Healthcare plan - zero premium option Leadership promotes learning and development opportunities

      Cons

      Work is subject to the contract of their clients. No growth opportunities. The biggest client is going through cost-reduction exercises. Sword has struggled to gain clients in the United States. They have people dedicated to finding new clients but very little success.
