      Pros

      Immediately started building PTO, 401k, and the benefits are extremely hard to beat.

      Cons

      Raises seem few and far between. Fab shop management is a joke and borderline hostile. Only half of the supervisors are approachable.

      You only work 4 days of the week.

      Cons

      Managment is horrible. Favoritism at its worst. The pay is horrible for general laborer. They expect you to operate heavy equipment without the pay unless you’re related to management.
