Horrible Employer - No work life balance - Racist - No minorities advance - Inventory Control Specialist SYGMA Network Employee Review

This company is not a place to call home. There are very few people of color who advance, all of the people who hold any power over purchasing are white women. They do not care about parents with children in school while we are all remote. They will question why you're not working at 8pm but then they will question why you are. They force you to make shady business deals with truck companies to make money. HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. I am leaving as soon as I can.
