Pros
Supervisors are nice and don’t always treat us like number on the screen. They treat us like humans more often than other jobs I’ve had. We’re allowed to listen to music. 3-4 times a year they provide lunch for everyone
Cons
We’re under paid, no profit sharing, no free stocks, we’re not allowed to unionize and they really push that unions are bad during the hiring process. Which is morally wrong .
