Pros

Fruit everyday (but only one piece per person) Flexi time (some people get in for 10, start work around 11.30, have lunch immediately after and leave around 5.30)

Cons

1. One thing i have to point out is the pay. Male's get paid more than Females. If you are an experienced AM, no doubt you're AE is getting paid more or the same as you. Or whether you are an experienced developer, a junior developer who is learning to to code will be getting paid more than you.... crazy right? 2. It's all about who you know. Management = ALL talk NO action. They can sell you a run down car and only tell you it needs a coat of paint. This is how they got their position and earning a 3 figure salary. They never ever have your back and they don't understand what team means. They just care about "working" their day and getting paid. In all honesty, i have no idea what they do... 3. Favourtism is a JOKE in SYZYGY. It's so clear to see someone who doesn't do ANY work, gets the praise and promotion over someone who does a lot for the agency. Some promotions take up to 10 months whilst others takes 4 weeks.... Some people who lack experience will get made an Account Manager.... 4. I have no words for this agency. You can pour your heart and soul into a piece of work and feel so proud of it, but don't expect anyone to praise you for it. 5. No company perks.

Pros

- I had the opportunity to work along side some amazing, smart people who were really good at what they did. - Pays pretty well compared the local average

Cons

For such a small office, there were terrible office politics. People were promoted based on subjective opinions rather than quality of work/merit. Senior leadership genuinely doesn't care about the people in the office and constantly puts down the employees. They're always saying one thing while doing the other. Managers and senior leadership seriously lack vision and are infamous for micro-management.
