Pros
The office is located in a nice and smart building. Nice ambiance, great talents in the field of telecom and digital marketing along with web/app development. The MD of the company is a hard working guy and understands the business well. A lot of thing to learn from Mr. Imam.
Cons
They don't listen to employee problems and never let them get a proper answer. They believe in firing employees without any major issue. EGO rules in the management team. They lure people through fake positive reviews to impress customers and candidates. There is no growth structure or plan for employees.
