CEO is simply abusive. A delusional narcissist that runs through EAs faster then he can train. He berates you and others in meetings, both alone and in-front of other team members. The way he treats people is unacceptable. If you are ever applying to a position that will work closely with him I’d think again. No work life balance because you’ll be consumed with misery that will flow over into every part of your life.
