The whole team, from product to sales and marketing, to customer success works together closely to make it all happen. The culture is authentic and can-do. You're free to be your true self. Leadership is really open to hearing your ideas and feedback, not just within your role but about the business as a whole. They are also completely transparent about company results and future direction, even while it's still evolving.
Cons
It's a startup so there are some natural growing pains that come along with that. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats, as there isn't a ton of process or highly specialized roles that may exist at larger orgs.
