Pros

1. Work with a self-motivated, engaging team that is always willing to help each other. 2. Extremely high trust environment where Agile is followed in it's true spirit, with NO micromanagement. 3. Remote work with flexible work timings 4. Approachable and patient management that is always willing to share knowledge about business use cases and the finance industry in general. 5. Opportunities to wear multiple hats and try your hand at new and interesting problems.

Cons

- Being an early stage startup, we move fast and do deal with a fair share of unknowns. (BUT, the team is always willing to help if you ask!) - Novel nature of the work can come with a lot of challenges. However, a great way to learn. - High trust comes with high expectations. But as above, communicating often and overall consistency is seen and valued.
