      1. Great care of employees 2. Free Food, Snacks..etc. Lots of them 3. Good focus on employee training and motivation 4. No politics 5. Great Learning on new tech 6. Super Team culture

      Pros

      Learnt a lot and all the other senior devs were really helpful. You get the opportunity to work in various tech stack.

      Cons

      The team could be big as in my opinion the management isn't handled properly but, there's no one to blame. Everyone do their best.
