      Pros

      Company car. If your a robot salesman it could work. Training program has its moments. The actual installers are the real deal and the products seem top tier.

      Cons

      Your disposable if you don't fit in I saw four people get axed in the short time there. They claim to be like family but are far from it.

      Pros

      Management does their very best to keep employees and clients happy in a very challenging and competitive market. Managing a construction company in Southern California is extremely difficult with all of the rules and regulations that are in place. The business and its parent company provide tons of support to align all the needs to achieve success.

      Cons

      Really wish there was less red tape in California.
