      Micromanagement at its best!! Stay away - Account Executive Sabio Systems Employee Review

      Free Parking. No need to work on weekends

      As you can see from previous reviews, Manager will micromanage you to death all day. Listening in on calls and correcting you as you're talking to potential candidates or companies. Meaning...you can't hold an intelligent, calm conversation with anyone before being asked to "put the person on hold" and sure...leave them talking to themselves..while you're trying to gather advice from Manager on every single call. Very annoying and stressful. Manager comes from Robert Half and follows their methods to the best of his ability...if you have not enjoyed Robert Half, don't come here. Condescending and mistrustful management style. He'll fire you in a second without warning. Document your success and file for unemployment Benefits immediately. He will try to block your unemployment benefits despite your performance. If you just want to get by economically, this Co is the place to be in. You will barely have enough money to pay your bills.

      Professional Staffing is a highly competitive, performance-driven industry which requires that certain job performance standards are achieved by a specified date. When performance standards are missed, employees are given an opportunity to create a Performance Improvement Plan for themselves and present the plan to management. The Performance Improvement Plan shall describe how the management team can best help the employee improve by a specified date. Employees who choose not to participate in crafting their success plan typically resign instead.

      Pros

      Working with/for Sabio Systems was a great professional experience. They looked at my skill set to actively locate and place me in a position where I had a great opportunity to grow and succeed. The owner of the company, Nick, took a personal interest in me, to coach me, make tools available, and to provide feedback on a regular basis. After my contract ended, I have remained in contact with Nick and Sabio Systems. I still sometimes get a call from one of the Sabio System representatives to stay in touch and discuss other possible opportunities. Working with Sabio Systems was more of a one on one experience than just being a number on a list. If the right opportunity presented itself under the right circumstances, I would certainly consider working for Sabio Systems again in the future.

      Cons

      I had a great experience working for Sabio Systems and would definitely consider an opportunity from them if it was presented to me. The only thing that I wish had transpired differently with my last contract was that I had been permanently placed there. But this was not a negative on Sabio at all. The people at Sabio are GREAT!
