Pros
Really beautiful workplace as the shop always looks glamorous and smells really amazing. Friendly and motivating environment, good and helpful colleagues. Great for a start of your career as you face with challenging sales target daily and monthly, and being active in retail industry.
Cons
The salary is way too low as it's national minimum wage. Bonuses if you reach sales target are not worth the efforts.
