Pros
WFH Good learning (depending on project though,many projects are in support phase,so am not sure about learnings in such projects) no issues taking leaves and all can install any softwares and all (for learning purpose) no dress code
Cons
worst HR policies promotions too late no transparency in promotions,awards ,recognition in few teams too much politics no onsite gives hike based on which domain you are in (from 0% to 12 % or so)
