Pros

The company is a leader in their field with excelente brand awareness in the travel industry, therefore it's not difficult to work prospecting for new clients.

Cons

Extremely rigid organization-wide and at service product creation, all the products and concepts are created and oriented for the US market but there's no room for adaptation to diferent emerging markets so it's the market that has to adjust to the product. There's no room for advancement, only in rare cases.

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
