Pros

- Decent compensation package - Flexible work schedule with ability to work from home however this is largely due to the fact some weeks you will work 60 hours and have early or late calls with other global regions - Lots of lateral opportunities and ability to learn different skills

Cons

- Extremely siloed departments with politics being played by leaders, disagreeing and fighting for power over responsibilities meanwhile employees and customers feel the negative impact - New management leaders from outside of the industry do not understand the complexity of the solutions nor the importance of having talent with airline experience - Upward mobility is very challenged and it can be very difficult to get promoted even though there is allegedly a succession planning program

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
