_Working at Sabre is a unique experience in itself. _Coming into corporate life teaches you to mind your work and everyone here is looking out for themselves or their own. _Friendships are only for networking people. _Opportunities are given to the young and hungry. _They are willing to take a risk on you if you have the right contacts. _You know there is a layoff around the corner every 2 years. It is a great company to work with, learning opportunities are open if you have an interest to expand your horizon. While I was there, I had the best experience and a couple of amazing managers who looked out for me.
Cons
-Every 2 years they have layoffs in my 8 yrs of service been through 4 layoffs, -Lots of Org Re-Org. - While many of us gave up a percentage of our income to help the company through Covid, with new management change they decided to keep the young and chic interns, and managers' pets but get rid of those who questioned or who were loyal to the company.
