- company uses multitude of technologies, so you can learn most of them OTJ - lots of experienced people to learn from - humane management
Cons
- lots of badly managed corporate processes, product knows or understands nothing from tech world, creating unmanageable expectations in customers. this company would succeed much more if product side was more tech-oriented and cooperated more with tech teams. now they’re frustratingly foreign to all what tech teams do and they also dont listen.
