Pros
No hierarchy, bonus not limited to experience only to the contribution we make, can express my thoughts and argue my positions without any fear, stock awards program for sucessful staff, plenty of opportunity to learn and perform important jobs.
Cons
It is a high performance environment, hours can be long sometimes, base is slighly below although total compentation can be better than competition.
