Extremely micro-managing - this is understandable for a founder but this one had no basic respect for employees. She would belittle me in front of other staff. Little pay Nobody was allowed to talk to each other unless it was work related so no real feeling of being a team I cannot say much other than the founder was a bully I have not put my real year of work as I want to keep my private
