Pros
I truly enjoyed my time with Sachse. I met a lot of good people whom I will remain lifelong friends with. At the end of the day I was passed over for promotions for years. It became evident that Sachse wasn’t the place for me.
Cons
Instead of Sachse rewarding employees for the value they bring, they're focused on stringing along employees with incremental pay raises. Why stick around for a cost of living raise and a modest bonus when you can get a 20% raise and a promotion by changing companies? There are always companies hiring in a global job market. Between recruiting, onboarding (and lost time finding a replacement) this can cost a company tens of thousands of dollars. So crazy thought: instead of spending that money on recruiters and training, spend it to keep your employees! Furthermore, remote work is becoming the preference of employees. Studies are showing a flexible remote work schedule is important to employees. Meanwhile Sachse is hell bent on rushing staff back into a shiny new office despite a large portion of its staff not being in the field.
