There is more focus on team activities and events rather than on the basic employee benefits. Micro management at extreme levels by the senior management and especially the CEO. A lot of cross departments interference. People hired with a specific experience and expertise for a specific role are not allowed to perform without extreme interference and resistance by employees from other teams who are not the subject matter expert. Senior management is available all the time when work related updates are required, but not as readily available to have a conversation otherwise. No proper system of requesting accesses for relevant programs and softwares required to perform tasks. Very manual process of running behind senior management for approvals which can take weeks or even months thus hindering productivity. The employees are mostly friendly, but most also lack professional ethics in terms of respecting personal space and time, asking personal questions, and greeting etiquettes.
