I like my coworkers for the most part.

I literally don't know where to start. The GM is one of the worst people I've met in my life. He is so condescending and talks to everyone like they are stupid or kids. Almost no one gets more than 2 shifts a week (servers or bartenders) but you are expected to keep your availability open. The servers tip out 5% of their claimed tips to the bar and they obviously don't report the cash they receive so it is completely unfair. I usually make less than $50 total for the weekend in server tip-out being the only bartender on brunch shift Saturday and Sunday. The bar is not allowed to pick up tables even if the service is becoming bad because servers can't keep up. I don't get any night shifts so I make usually $500/week here including hourly and I cannot survive in LA. I'm lucky to make over $100 on a Saturday brunch and the servers will complain that they barely hit $400...
