Knowledgeable bosses who treat everyone respectfully and provide a manageable caseload. Work-life balance is great if you manage your time effectively. Company seems to do right by its customers compared to some other insurance companies.
Cons
Salary not competitive with industry. Fewer perks than competitors. That said, if you are ok with the salary, highly recommended workplace.
