Pros
The only pro is the people who work there, but it seems they are all slowly leaving
Cons
I regret to say that my time here has been an overwhelmingly negative experience due to the toxic leadership and oppressive work environment created by the CEO. The CEO's behaviour and the upper management's complacency contribute to a pervasive culture of fear and silence. Many feel discouraged from speaking up about their concerns or suggesting improvements, as they feel they will be labeled as inadequate or that they are talking back. This stifles creativity, innovation, and collaboration, ultimately hindering the company's growth potential. During my interview they made sure to highlight their "people first" attitude, and unfortunately I very quickly found out that that's just a nice phrase they like to throw around the company and never act on it. Frustration has ruled, as the company consistently changes direction on projects, leading to inevitable failure. The lack of a clear vision and consistent strategy has resulted in wasted time, resources, and employee morale. Just when progress is made on a project, a sudden shift in direction derails everything, leaving employees feeling demoralised and disoriented. It is important to also note that the CEO and management expect employees to sacrifice their personal lives for the sake of the company's success and will go absolutely ballistic otherwise. I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly evaluate the work environment before accepting an offer.
