      Only advantage is that you can work from home

      Cons

      Low salary, minimum indemnity for working-from-home, no proper onboarding, poor handling of off boarding, legal irregularities, 35 hour weeks, long recruitment process with case study that no one gives you feedback on, manager upset when you ask for help and says that you must have the "entrepreneurial spirit".
