Fast paced workplace that allows independence - Account Manager Safeguard Global Employee Review

I was lucky enough to be connected to safeguard through a recruiter. I am on the sales side of the company, so i cant speak for other departments, but I have had a great work experience. The company does have a start up mentality with frequent changes in approach and routine, but overall if you are able to adapt to change comfortably Safeguard would be a good fit. The goals are for the most part attainable. If you thrive on Independence, Safeguard will be a good fit. You are able to conduct business how you feel is best and they allow you to work how you feel the most efficient. Empowers employees to speak up and add value.
