No clear vision - Anonymous employee Safeguard Global Employee Review

Safeguard Global is constantly changing their strategy and overall goal of the org- there is no clear vision from the top down, with leadership implementing new focus areas/goals on a whim. Marketing is particularly a mess, continuously letting good people go to hire from leadership's personal network. If you aren't in with the boys club at the top there's no chance at career advancement.
