Pros

I'm still in training and it is very thorough. I believe I will be well-equipped once I hit the phones. Excellent trainers. Also, a lot of opportunities for elevation. The starting pay isn't bad and there are financial incentives to increase your pay. Great benefits and a great discount program.

Cons

I have to get used to the strict metrics. There are consequences if you're one minute late.

Pros

There is so much I love about Safelite. I love the other employees. I love the fact that I get good benefits as a part time employee. I love the products.

Cons

Between my experience with HireRight for my background check with this company and the constant problems with the VDI that everyone in my training class has had, my experience as a new employee has been one of the most confusing and stressful that I have ever dealt with. A company as well established as Safelite that offers the kind of quality service that Safelite offers (which I can attest to having been a customer previously before I worked here) is not compatible with these faulty systems.
