Pros

To get a little money together and move on..There are no pros at all. And their insurance leaves much to be desired, benefits went down hill

Cons

Reading Insurance scripts all day verbatim, rigid break schedule, if 1 second late get written up. After so many write ups, you are fired. Calls are closely monitored, They nit pick about everything. How you say it, the way you say it, if you said this or didn't say that. Expect you to remember details about 8 or more different insurance accounts. You have to put up with rude glass shops and agents. The customers calling in to file the claims are a breeze compared to shops and agents. Cannot say one wrong word or say something the wrong way...Monitored weekly on 6 or 7 calls, at the mercy of the job coach or quality assurance rep. Most of their reviews are merely subjective.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
