Pros

It's easy money and you know what to expect everyday.

Cons

You do the exact same thing every single day. If they love you, you can take comp classes so that you can learn new accounts. However, if they don't they will micromanage you and contridict themselves everytime they monitor you. They come up with new rules all the time that they don't have to follow. For example, you can't have your phone out but they will text while you're speaking to them. Or my favorite, you can't have any food on the floor and your drinks have to be in approved containers but they have fast food drink cups and 20 Oz bottles on their desk and cupcakes, candy, and lunch at their desks. It's bs. They will sell you a dream during training -don't buy it. They'll tell you all these stories about how they started on the phones and moved up but you'll notice that most of them didn't start off that way. They lie...a lot!

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
