Pros

There is a lot of effort from senior management to make the company a quirky, enjoyable and fun work environment. There are great people there and hard work is rewarded

Cons

No major Cons bar the general difficulty of things outside of your control, this happens in every company though!

Pros

Role - travel abroad once-twice per year for conferences, good networking opportunities, useful as a first role in IP or first graduate role as there is a steep learning curve and direct client work early on, notice period is always 1 week and often is on garden leave. Senior staff - none.

Cons

Role - low pay in comparison to market rate, no salary reviews, micro-managing from managers, ideas for improvement dismissed and ignored, focus of work is quantity not quality, in-house training is of a low quality (generally left to 'figure it out'). Senior staff - not open to change, behaviour from senior staff that borders on harrassment, fear tactics, gender discrimination, disregard of mental health issues of its employees, focus on increasing profit not on increasing value or the quality of services, sick employees are effectively looked down on for their absence, staff are regularly off sick from stress.

Pros

Safenames is a very good company to work for. Company incentives reward hard work and being a company with global clients there are many opportunities each year to travel the world to solidify your relationships with your clients. Being a company in the IT/Technology sector there are always new technologies and services that can be sold to clients which means you are forever learning on the job. Safenames is a company where you look forward to going to work each day, working with a friendly team that support each other. I can honestly say I feel privileged to have worked for Safenames for the last 10 years and look forward to working here for another 10!

Cons

If you make a mistake in your job the repercussions can be huge so there is a lot of pressure to do well but the training is very good to avoid such mishaps.
