Short review - Software Developer SafexPay Employee Review

Nothing at all to like about.

There is no vision or long term plan of the company. There is a very iteration. No appraisals since 3 years. Very strict timings and very less flexibility with no support for WFH. Unfair and unrealistic cafeteria rules like - no tissues, no usage of more than 1 coffee cups, restrictions on usage of coffee sachets, other silly restrictions like mandatory punch in/out when going out, strict timings for breaks, unwanted gossips etc.

It's good for freshers employee

It's management is not good
