Staff members are either amazing or completely problematic - there is no Between and it is a complete mixture Very high injury rate in the spa Terrible water Hours not guaranteed Expected to be available and then shifts are cancelled or changed at the last minute Do not look after their staff Make promises they do not keep I would not recommend Staff were also underpaid for a long time on wrong pay rate
